TIF Community Centre
Project Update: TIF Construction Progress
We are pleased to share the latest milestones and current status of the TIF development project:
Ground Floor: Construction is fully complete. The space officially opened to the public in March 2026 and is currently operational.
First Floor: Structural construction and major works were successfully completed in June 2026.
Second Floor: Construction is partially complete and currently on hold pending the collection of necessary funds. We are actively working toward this goal and are hopeful to finish this phase by the end of this year.
Current Phase: Work on the first floor, which has the Computer Lab & Lecture Hall, has transitioned smoothly into the interior design and furnishing stage. We are actively on-site installing fixtures, finishes, and furniture to bring the ground and first floors to full operational readiness.
Further updates will be provided as fundraising progresses and interior fit-outs near completion.
TIF is focused on providing quality education and computer programs for children and youth, at this academy. Alongside supporting its educational mission, we are leading the reconstruction of the academy's building to create a safe, modern, and fully equipped space for learning and community engagement.
